Rewards Program: Expert Extras

In January 2025, Face Reality launched a highly anticipated rewards program designed to boost customer loyalty and purchasing behavior within Acne Experts. The program aimed to drive productivity and loyalty, helping to incentivize repeat purchases and help change shopper behavior. It was structured to encourage more frequent visits and higher spending while strengthening the connection between the brand and its customers. By enhancing customer engagement and rewarding loyalty, the program’s primary goal was to increase revenue, foster long-term relationships with clients, and enhance the overall customer experience.

I collaborated closely with the growth marketing team, leading the development of the rewards program to ensure it aligned with the brand’s goals. My role included crafting its identity, giving it a fresh look and feel that both complemented the Face Reality brand and felt unique and exciting. I was responsible for creating all launch assets across digital, social, and print platforms, ensuring a cohesive and engaging rollout across all channels.
